Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention
- Implement and manage sales workflows, automations, and CRM systems to streamline operations
- Oversee the acquisition team (sales & marketing) to ensure smooth lead generation and conversion
- Track and analyze client engagement and churn metrics, providing insights to improve retention
- Work closely with internal teams to align on sales processes and client success strategies
- Ensure a seamless experience for new and existing clients, from onboarding to ongoing support
- Identify opportunities to optimize efficiency and reduce manual work
Requirements:- Experience in CRM management, sales operations, or revenue optimization
- Strong client relationship and retention skills
- Knowledge of sales workflows, automations, and process optimization
- Ability to work independently while aligning decisions with leadership
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Based in or willing to commute to Manchester, UK (in-office 3x per week)
Nice to Have (Not Required):- Experience in B2B sales or marketing
- Familiarity with automation tools and reporting software
- A track record of improving client retention and sales efficiency
