- Manage fundraising, investment planning, and capital structure decisions.
- Ensure cost control, risk management, and financial efficiency.
- Develop policies for financial risk assessment and mitigation.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to drive performance and efficiency.
- Work closely with the CEO and executive team on business growth strategies.
- Represent the company in financial negotiations, investor relations, and banking transactions.
