Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to oversee our company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, risk management, budgeting, compliance, and overall financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designed and implemented data-driven financial strategies that fueled revenue expansion, improved profitability, and strengthened business scalability.
- Developed robust financial reporting systems, dashboards, and MIS frameworks to ensure transparency and data-driven decision-making.
- Led valuation strategies and financial modeling to identify growth opportunities, optimize pricing, and enhance shareholder value.
- Managed cash flow, budgeting, and capital allocation, ensuring financial discipline and operational efficiency.
- Successfully raised capital through equity and debt funding, fostering strong investor relationships and aligning financial strategy with business objectives.
- Conducted in-depth financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless integrations and long-term value creation.
- Established key financial and operational performance metrics, leveraging analytics to drive strategic improvements.
- Strengthened finance operations by implementing automation, enforcing compliance, and mitigating financial risks.
Key Requirements:
- Education: CA/MBA (Finance)/CMA or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Very Importantly should have worked on Equity, managing cash flows, financing, fundraising, investments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in [FMCG].
- Experience in handling audits and corporate finance.
- Knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
