The Role
As our Revenue Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving Go-To-Market effectiveness, revenue growth, and operational excellence. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align strategies, optimize processes, and deliver actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Go-To-Market Planning & Execution – Support strategic GTM decisions and ensure operational efficiency across revenue teams.
- Sales & Revenue Forecasting – Own forecasting models and methodologies, ensuring accuracy in sales and revenue projections.
- Reporting & Analytics – Build data-driven insights and dashboards to track revenue performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Revenue Lifecycle Process Design & Automation – Optimize and scale revenue operations by implementing best-in-class tools and automation.
- Revenue Incentive Plan Design & Administration – Develop and manage incentive structures that drive performance across GTM teams.
- Knowledge Management – Ensure seamless information sharing and alignment between revenue teams to maximize efficiency and impact.
Who You Are
- SaaS Expert – You have experience in Revenue Operations within a SaaS startup or scale-up.
- Financially Savvy – Ideally, you have worked in Financial Management Software or a related field.
- Data-Driven & Analytical – You leverage insights to drive decisions and can confidently build forecasts and reports.
- Process-Oriented & Strategic – You have a passion for designing scalable revenue operations frameworks and leveraging automation.
- Collaborative & Impact-Driven – You excel in cross-functional roles, bringing together Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
