This role plays a critical part in the success of our business development efforts. You’ll be the operational anchor behind all growth-related activity—from proposals, agreements, and lead tracking to supporting high-impact strategic initiatives from the CEO's office. You’ll ensure 100% accuracy, agility, and alignment across internal and external documentation, reporting, and communication.

Key Responsibilities
Proposal & Agreement Management
- Create, format, and track scopes of work, proposals, and agreements with 100% accuracy and timely delivery.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Delivery Teams) for approvals and coordination.
Lead Management & BD Systems
- Maintain and update the BD MIS system to track lead stages, progress, and internal status.
- Coordinate with the various internal business leads to ensure all pipeline data is updated and actionable.
Reporting & Documentation
- Manage weekly, fortnightly, and monthly internal reports on BD performance, lead pipeline, and pitch updates.
- Support reporting submissions for global and leadership reviews.
- Work closely with the legal team on agreements.
Credentials & Case Study Management
- Own and maintain the agency credential decks, updating them with relevant case studies, metrics, and wins on a monthly basis.
Strategic Project Support
- Provide project coordination and documentation support on key initiatives from the CEO’s Office — including Growth focuses, Big event pitch frameworks, and scaling conversation.
What you bring to the table
- 4–8 years of experience in business operations, account management, marketing support, or pre-sales roles (preferably in digital or media).
- A solid understanding of digital marketing services — media, content, performance, and platforms.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong document handling, formatting, and proofreading skills.
- Experience working on MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Zoho CRM (or similar MIS tools).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High ownership mindset, speed, and a collaborative approach.
