We are looking for a Business Develop and Operations Executive to manage multi-functional tasks in Products Management, Marketing, and Sales Operations. We are a US based Company, seeking a hardworking and committed individual who can work deliver quick results.
Working schedule will be during West coast US business hours.
Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to:
- Handling daily customer inquiries
- Ability to do online research and approach potential customer in target segments
- Manage Order process from receiving to shipping. Communicate and coordinate with all parties
- Manage Product database and images, Product Catalog management. Price and products updates.
- Customer and Order Management: manage CRM updates, invoicing, purchase orders.
- Manage marketing campaigns, such as email marketing.
- Vendor Management: communication with warehouse to support the sales process.
- Office Management: Manage incoming/outgoing mails, messages, e-mails, faxes, and phone calls, Organize and maintain file systems, Conduct research, analyze data, compile and type reports,
- Support Sales and Marketing team as required.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency:
- Microsoft Excel and Word
- Email AND Phone communications
- Photoshop skill will be highly useful.
- English communication proficiency
Skills:
- Excellent organization and communications skills
- Ability to multitask with sound business judgment
- Effective research and problem solving skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented
Additional Notes :
- Working is required during US business hours. West Coast, California time.
