Divisional CFO - Watford, International Brand
JSS Search are pleased to be partnering with a leading international B2B & B2C brand on the recruitment of fantastic Divisional CFO opportunity. This CFO role involves building and developing a high calibre finance team amidst strong growth expectations, focusing on working capital efficiency, year on year growth, maximising commercial opportunities and developing finance systems and processes. Key experience required includes; several years experience within B2B and B2C, partnering supply chain and operations, pricing & margin management, leadership, and governance.
We are looking for a CFO who excels in: building teams, growing businesses, cash management, order-to-cash cycle, profitability, linking finance with operations and brand for profitable growth while maintaining transparent communication with all stakeholders including investors.Experience within private equity, i.e. managing investors would be an advantage and ability to travel to meet with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
The CFO responsibilities will be wide and varied and will include:
- Build and manage a successful finance team
- High quality monthly financial reporting
- Produce accurate forecasting and budgeting
- Support business decisions that balance growth and margin
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve visibility - operations, supply chain etc
- Drive cash flow and cash management excellence without harming growth
- Understand wholesale vs direct to consumer profitability and channel mix
- Manages inventory aging and markdown management
- Manage pricing, discounting
- Manage ROI for marketing investments
- Support business decisions that balance growth and margin
- Produce transparent reporting for shareholders and investors
- Anticipate board needs and communicates proactively
Profile
We are looking for an experienced CFO with strong experience of:
- B2B and B2C businesses in a scaling business
- Partnering with operations, sales, marketing and supply chain
- Maximising commercial opportunities to grow a business successfully
- Working capital and supply chain finance
- Ideally private equity/investor management
Package
This CFO opportunity will include:
- Circa £150,000 - £200,000 base salary
- 20-30% Bonus
- Additional benefits
