Ride Every Stride and RES Custom are established custom branding companies specializing in embroidery, engraving, sublimation, awards, corporate apparel, equestrian venues, golf courses, and events.
We are growing and looking for a highly organized, proactive Client Growth & Sales Operations Coordinator to strengthen our sales systems, take care of client follow-up, and support revenue growth.
This is not a basic admin role, it is a key position supporting sales and client experience.
The Role
You will work directly with the President to help manage client communication, track sales opportunities, execute follow-ups, and support cash flow processes.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, systems, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities Sales Pipeline & Growth Support
- Track and manage all open quotes, invoicing
- Execute structured follow-up (3-day, 7-day, 14-day cadence)
- Maintain visibility of active sales pipeline
- Identify repeat order opportunities
- Support outbound sales initiatives (research, tracking, scheduling)
- Other duties as assigned
Client Communication
- Manage shared inbox daily
- Respond promptly and professionally
- Ensure no inquiries are missed
- Flag high-priority opportunities
Accounts Receivable Support
- Invoicing
- Send payment reminders
- Follow up on outstanding invoices
- Provide weekly aging and pipeline summary
Webstore & Project Coordination
- Collect logos and approvals
- Track timelines
- Coordinate communication between sales and production
What We’re Looking For
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong written communication skills
- Confident in professional follow-up
- Comfortable sending payment reminders
- Proficient in Google Sheets and digital tools
- Able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Process-driven and proactive
- Equestrian experience an asset
Experience in B2B sales support, account coordination, or client service is preferred.
