Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on CFO who combines strong financial control, strategic thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset. The role demands ownership of the entire finance function, close collaboration with promoters, and the ability to structure systems suitable for a professionally governed organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end finance, accounting, and compliance functions
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, audits, and tax compliance
- Manage cash flows, working capital, cost controls, and profitability
- Implement strong internal controls and financial processes
- Liaise with statutory auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and regulators
- Support management with strategic financial insights and decision-making
- Ensure readiness for advanced reporting, disclosures, and governance standards
- Build and mentor the finance and accounts team
Eligibility & Qualification Criteria
Candidates must meet any one of the following:
- B.Com with minimum 10+ years of relevant finance & accounting experience
- OR
- CA (Inter) with minimum 10 years of experience
OR
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 3 years of post-qualification experiencePreferred:
- Experience working with a listed company or a highly regulated corporate environment
