Overview
A small, growing biotech and healthcare organization affiliated with a well-established life sciences investment platform is seeking an Associate to support its CEO. This role requires a highly organized, steady presence to partner closely with a visionary and externally facing executive.
The position is best suited for someone who enjoys bringing structure, follow-through, and operational rigor to a dynamic environment and is comfortable working with a leader whose schedule and priorities evolve quickly.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive calendar and schedule management for the CEO
- Keep daily priorities on track and manage transitions between meetings
- Own organization, tracking, and administrative systems
- Coordinate frequent travel and conference-related logistics (approximately 25–30%)
- Support operational needs tied to events, partnerships, and external initiatives
- Serve as a proactive, independent partner with sound judgment and discretion
Candidate Profile
- 3–7+ years of senior administrative or executive support experience
- Comfortable supporting a high-energy, externally focused executive
- Strong organizational and execution skills
- Calm, flexible, and solutions-oriented
- Able to operate independently and provide clear guidance when needed
- Background flexible; biotech or healthcare exposure helpful but not required
