Job Title: IT Analyst – Deal Desk Team

Introduction
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Analyst to join our Deal Desk Team supporting North American Go-to-Market operations. This role plays a critical part in structuring and managing commercial agreements and order forms, ensuring a win-win outcome for both customers and the organization. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional organization and communication skills. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams, contributing to complex deal management and sales operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with Deal Desk, Commercial Legal, Billing Operations, Finance, and Sales teams.
- Drive deal momentum by providing excellent customer service to Sales partners; troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve deal velocity issues, especially during critical month and quarter-end periods.
- Educate and guide Sales and Go-to-Market Operations teams to ensure adherence to internal contracting policies and processes.
- Provide end-to-end support from quote to signature for Account Executives, including CPQ quote building, pricing and order form approvals, order form creation, DocuSign execution, and opportunity closure.
- Collaborate under supervision to draft non-standard language requests for contracting (order forms) in compliance with corporate policies.
- Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously with a strong focus on accuracy and organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree preferred; minimum 2-3 years of experience in Deal Management, Sales Operations, Sales, Finance, or Business Operations, ideally within contracting, procurement, or billing operations. Candidates without a degree must have at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated diligence and attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Self-starter mentality with a “can do” attitude and confidence to ask clarifying questions.
- Some financial analysis or Deal Desk experience is a strong plus.
Tools and Technologies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with online sales and document management tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Looker, and MS Office/Gsuite.
- Familiarity with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) software and DocuSign or similar e-signature platforms.
