Role Overview
As a Sales Operations Associate, you will serve as a strategic engine driving the growth of the client ecosystem, Home, and Health categories (including Watch, Buds, Smart Home devices, and Fitbit trackers) across all APAC markets. You will lead complex, cross-functional projects with a high degree of autonomy, serving as a key contributor to go-to-market (GTM) strategies and operational excellence.
This role requires a blend of analytical rigor, project management expertise, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders to align resources and direction across the Product Area (PA).
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic GTM & Sales Activation
- Strategy Development: Design and launch product/sales activation strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for the APAC region.
- Influence & Endorsement: Create compelling strategic narratives and business cases to secure cross-functional buy-in and influence future product roadmaps.
- Execution: Lead the enablement and execution phases of GTM strategies to ensure all key activities are delivered on time.
2. Project Management & Operational Rigor
- End-to-End Ownership: Define project scopes, develop robust workstreams, and manage resource requirements for high-priority business initiatives.
- Process Design: Implement and manage a consistent "business cadence" (e.g., weekly/monthly reviews) to ensure operational rigor and efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and develop innovative approaches to drive step-change improvements in business effectiveness.
3. Data Analysis & Actionable Insights
- Problem Solving: Develop hypotheses for business challenges and test them using both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Insight Synthesis: Work around data limitations to create reporting frameworks and dashboards that show practical insights for executive leadership.
- Metrics Tracking: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against regional business objectives.
4. Stakeholder Management & Influence
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as a bridge between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on business outcomes.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the "go-to" expert for your business area, maintaining deep knowledge of the industry ecosystem, competitive trends, and customer needs.
- Executive Influence: Lead new ideas and challenge existing processes with stakeholders to improve business results.
