Hiring: Business Operations Manager
Location: Bangalore
We are looking for an experienced Business Operations Manager to lead and scale our Interview as a Service (IaaS) operations.
This is a leadership role focused on driving delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end interview operations across multiple enterprise clientsManage 5–6 Team Leads and their teams, ensuring performance and accountabilityMonitor SLAs, TAT, utilization, and quality metricsImprove processes, workflows, and operational KPIsHandle client escalations and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
8–12 years of operations experience3–5 years managing managers or multi-layered teamsExperience in HR Tech, Recruitment Operations, RPO, or SaaSStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsInterested
