We are seeking a high-energy, analytically minded Revenue Operations Engineer to architect the commercial infrastructure for a disruptive dental implantology brand.
In particular, you will design an automated, AI‑driven analytical system that maximising the B2B conversion funnel that transforms medical professionals into long-term clinical partners. While we are currently scaling our demand generation, your immediate target is to build the Odoo-based ecosystem, qualification logic, AI-powered optimisation engine, and sales-enablement toolkits required using NLP to handle high volume with efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
1. Revenue Infrastructure (Odoo Architecture)
System design: Architect the end-to-end B2B sales pipeline (Lead to Sales Process) within Odoo CRM, ensuring a seamless flow from qualified lead to sales.
Lead logic: Develop and implement rigorous lead-scoring models to differentiate between general inquiries and high-value surgical prospects.
Workflow automation: Build the automation "safety net," including instant-response triggers and multi-channel nurture sequences to eliminate lead decay.
AI-driven optimisation: Design and implement an AI-powered, analytics system that continuously learns from funnel behaviour (touchpoints, content, timing) to recommend the next best action and maximise conversion rates.
2. Commercial Strategy, Enablement & NLP
The Decision Toolkit: Collaborate with clinical experts to create high-impact "evidence assets" (ROI calculators, clinical whitepapers, technical comparisons) that drive doctors to switch implant systems. Continuously identify and refine the most persuasive tools to equip customers for informed decisions.
Process optimisation: Define the "Commercial Playbook" for the sales team, including qualification scripts and follow-up cadences that drive conversion rate.
Applied NLP: Incorporate principles from neuro‑linguistic programming (NLP) and behavioural psychology into scripts, email sequences, and sales collateral to improve message resonance, objection handling, and close rates.
Team scaling: As the lead volume scales, recruit, train, and manage a high-performance team that can operate effectively within the systems and playbooks you build.
3. Data Integrity, Analytics & Unit Economics
Data quality: Ensure data cleanliness and consistency in Odoo (field structure, deduplication, status logic) to enable accurate reporting and automation.
CAC accountability: Monitor and optimise every stage of the funnel to maintain a deep understanding of Customer Acquisition Cost, LTV, and payback period.
Experimentation engine: Design and run structured A/B and multivariate tests (offers, messaging, sequences, targeting) to improve conversion and funnel velocity.
Feedback loops: Act as the strategic bridge between Marketing and Sales, providing data-driven insights to refine demand generation based on lead quality and downstream revenue, not just lead volume.
Candidate Profile
Analytical problem-solver: You are highly comfortable with data, funnels, and you naturally translate commercial questions into measurable experiments and dashboards.
Tech-native builder: You have a deep affinity for CRM logic (Odoo preferred) and marketing/sales automation platforms, and you enjoy designing systems, workflows, and integrations rather than just operating existing ones.
AI & automation mindset: You are curious and hands-on with AI/ML‑driven tools (for scoring, routing, content, or recommendations) and understand how to leverage them to multiply human output and conversion.
NLP-aware communicator: You are familiar with (or keen to apply) neuro‑linguistic programming principles and persuasive communication frameworks in commercial messaging and sales scripts.
Commercial hunger: You are motivated by measurable results—conversion percentages, revenue growth, CAC, and efficiency metrics.
Experience: Ideally 2–5 years in a high-growth environment. We value trajectory and talent over years of tenure more than titles.
