Revenue Operations Coordinator (RevOps) – Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on incoming leads.
- Introduce company products/services and explain key benefits to prospects.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to support conversion and revenue growth.
- Update customer interactions, call notes, and lead status in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team to track opportunities and ensure smooth deal progression.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Monitor sales pipeline and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and customer communications.
- Support revenue operations by ensuring efficient sales coordination and reporting.
- Handle basic customer queries and direct complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to manage lead flow and follow-up activities.
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication and telecalling skills
- Good follow-up and persuasion ability
- Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management tools
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and manage sales support activities
