The Role
We are seeking a
strategic, organized, and process-driven Sales Operations Manager to lead the Sales Support, Inside Sales, and Marketing departments at ODRA.
This leader will design, implement, and manage the systems, tools, workflows, and performance standards that drive sales effectiveness across international operations. Reporting directly to the VP, this role ensures the sales engine operates with precision-optimizing CRM, owning sales data integrity, overseeing forecasting, improving cross-functional communication, and enabling both Sales and Marketing to deliver consistent, measurable results.
You will also have
people leadership over the Marketing and Sales Ops teams and dotted line with Territory Sales Managers and their sales teams across the U.S.

What You'll Be Doing
Sales Operations Leadership
- Own ODRA's CRM system, ensuring data integrity, adoption, and optimization across the entire sales organization.
- Build and manage standardized sales processes (quoting, demos, proposals, pipeline stages, territory management).
- Develop and maintain company-wide sales KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadence (pipeline velocity, forecast accuracy, activity metrics).
- Lead monthly/quarterly sales performance reviews with VP and Territory Managers.
- Support territory planning, quota modeling, and international forecasting.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability.
Sales Support & Inside Sales Oversight
- Directly manage the Inside Sales Manager and team to ensure timely quote support, inbound lead handling, and dealer/customer responsiveness.
- Oversee creation and maintenance of sales collateral, competitive intelligence, and product documentation.
- Improve coordination between Inside Sales, Field Sales, Production, and Parts to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Marketing Department Leadership
- Lead the entire Marketing team, including strategy, execution, and performance.
- Approve and oversee all marketing plans, calendars, campaigns, and reports.
- Direct digital marketing, lead generation, SEO, content development, and brand management efforts.
- Guide development of brochures, case studies, training materials, digital ads, videos, and trade show assets.
- Ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales goals.
- Oversee planning and execution of all events, trade shows, and demos.
- Manage marketing budgets, assets, tools, and reporting dashboards.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Serve as the operational "hub" connecting Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership.
- Standardize handoff processes between teams to ensure consistent customer experiences.
- Improve visibility across departments through reporting, communication structures, and shared tools.
Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate and implement tools for sales productivity, marketing automation, and analytics.
- Drive process standardization across the commercial organization.
- Lead high-impact operational projects as directed by the VP.
Travel
- Limited travel required for team visits, trade shows, demos, and strategic projects.
What You Bring
- 5–10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Sales Enablement in a B2B/manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience managing CRM systems and sales processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into insights and actions.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
- Background in Marketing leadership or Marketing/Sales alignment roles (preferred).
- Excellent communication, project management, and change management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-growth, evolving organization.
