Role Summary
Reporting to the Managing Director, Cadillac Canada, this role leads a group of six employees across Canada and is responsible for setting and achieving sales objectives, consensus, and related commitments as well as transforming the Cadillac Customer Experience.
It also leads all Cadillac dealer sales channel strategies, including dealer network development (corporate image, training, dealer performance), Pinnacle performance program, Certified Pre-owned, Regional Marketing Advisory Boards (5), and Cadillac Certified Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Dealer Channel Performance
- Grow vehicle sales – set and achieve new/used sales objectives
- Sales forecasting – National & Regional (CSM’s)
- Collaborating with GM Canada Regional Teams supporting dealer sales growth and consensus coverage
- Optimize Pinnacle Performance – Dealer Incentive Program
- Lead Cadillac Dealer EV Readiness & EV Delivery Excellence
- Develop and execute Cadillac Academy Dealer Training that makes the Cadillac dealer experience a differentiating benefit
- Improve Cadillac Customer Experience (Dealer Sales/Service)
- Drive adjacency growth – OnStar, Digital, Accessories
- Lead Cadillac Dealer Network Development
- Accelerate transformation of dealer network (Cadillac Image program – all dealers by 2030)
- Lead Cadillac dealer footprint optimization strategy
- Lead Cadillac Dealer Forums
- Lead Cadillac Strategy Board
- Support Cadillac Sales & Marketing Managers to maximize effectiveness of
- Regional Marketing Advisory Boards (co-lead with National Marketing Communications and Performance Manager)
- Lead quarterly dealer update meetings
- Co-lead Cultural Transformation
- Champion and role model for General Motors behaviours
- Strong focus on creating a positive and winning team culture

Qualifications:

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $131,000.00 to $180,900.00. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
