Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, preparing financial statements, ensuring regulatory compliance, analyzing financial data, and managing financial reporting processes. This leadership role includes working closely with the executive team to develop strategic financial initiatives and ensure the long-term financial health of the organisation. CHL Urja is a cross between real estate and hospitality.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Financial Planning, Finance, and managing budgets effectively.
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and reports with high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct Financial Reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth.
- Proven leadership experience and the ability to manage and mentor a finance team effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or CFA accreditation is preferred.
- Experience in the hospitality, healthcare, or real estate industry is an advantage.
