Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will play a key role in expanding SMSGATEWAYHUB CPaaS footprint by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our full suite of communication and telecom solutions to enterprises, SMEs, and government clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients across industries including healthcare, education, hospitality, retail, and government sectors
- Pitch and sell SMSGATEWAYHUB CPaaS product portfolio — including Bulk SMS, IVR, toll-free numbers, virtual numbers, and omnichannel communication platforms
- Clearly articulate the value of CPaaS to non-technical decision-makers, demonstrating how our platform reduces communication costs and improves customer engagement
- Understand client communication needs and design CPaaS-based solutions that enable cross-sell, upsell, and higher customer lifetime value
- Drive adoption of API-based communication integrations among enterprise clients looking to embed messaging, voice, and chat into their existing systems
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise and government clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to C-level executives and key stakeholders
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth CPaaS onboarding and solution delivery
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and pipeline activity in the CRM
- Stay current with CPaaS industry trends, competitor platforms, and emerging communication technologies
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in CPaaS, SaaS, telecom, or IT solutions
- Familiarity with CPaaS concepts such as SMS APIs, IVR flows, omnichannel communication, and cloud telephony is a strong advantage
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to translate technical CPaaS capabilities into clear business value for clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and ability to manage an independent sales pipeline
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
