Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee and streamline the patisserie's daily operations. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth coordination among kitchen, logistics, customer service, and business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Order Management
- Track and manage daily orders across platforms (WhatsApp, website, aggregators, etc.)
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely production and dispatch
- Ensure accurate order processing, packaging, and delivery tracking
Inventory & Procurement
- Monitor and maintain inventory of raw materials, packaging, and supplies
- Plan and execute procurement based on consumption trends
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely replenishment
Team Management & HR
- Oversee staff attendance, scheduling, and productivity
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff
- Maintain discipline and ensure smooth team coordination
Accounts & Reporting
- Maintain daily sales, expenses, and basic accounting records
- Coordinate with accountants for bookkeeping and compliance
- Generate operational and financial reports as required
Customer Experience & Client Interaction
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations professionally
- Build and maintain relationships with repeat and corporate clients
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction
Housekeeping & Maintenance
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the workspace
- Coordinate servicing and maintenance of equipment
General Operations
- Execute instructions from the Founder/Director
- Support business growth initiatives, client meetings, and partnerships
- Be flexible to work extended hours when required
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in operations management (preferably in F&B, bakery, hospitality, or retail)
- Strong experience in:
1. Inventory management
2. Order tracking
3. Team handling
4. Procurement
5. Basic accounting
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
- Proficiency in tools such as:
1. MS Excel / Google Sheets
2. WhatsApp Business
3. Order management systems / POS tools
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
