Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Business Operations located in Hyderabad.
The Head of Business Operations will oversee and manage day-to-day operations.
Develop and implement business strategies, and ensure operational efficiency and profits. This role requires leadership and coordination with Various departments & cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and drive performance, P&L management, Requires good Analytics & Analysis skills for understanding the gaps & areas of improvement and bring in the efficiency.
Qualifications
* Minimum 15 to 25 years experience in Business Operations Real Estate (Residential)
* Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Planning
* Strong leadership and team management abilities
* Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
*Experienced in P&L ( Profit & Loss )
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
* Any Bachelor's degree / Graduate in Business Administration, Management, Finance | B.tech / M.tech in Civil engineering
* Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the real estate industry ( RESIDENTIAL)
* Experienced in Hyderabad Region is an added advantage.
