Reporting to the Senior Manager, GTM & Enablement, the GTM & Enablement Specialist plays a key role in translating product, market, and competitive insights into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with buyers and equips Sales teams for success.
As a strategic storyteller and strong researcher, you will develop the foundational messaging and content that powers campaigns, sales conversations, and client communications. Working closely with Growth Marketing, Business Development, and Communications, you will ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across all touchpoints, supporting demand generation, client growth, and overall go-to-market success.

Enable Go-to-market Success – It’s What You’ll Do
- Product Positioning & Messaging - Develop and maintain product positioning, value propositions, buyer personas, and messaging frameworks that differentiate Payworks in the market. You'll keep everything current as features, competitors, and buyer needs evolve, and translate positioning into channel-ready frameworks for campaigns, partner content, and client-facing materials.
- GTM Content & Sales Enablement - Build and maintain the content Sales needs to convert and expand pitch decks, one-pagers, feature sheets, talk tracks, and onboarding materials. You'll drive messaging consistency across all internal and external touchpoints and ensure Sales and Marketing teams have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
- Client-Facing & Expansion Content - Own end-user and client communications, product webinar production and hosting, and customer-facing expansion messaging for upsell and cross-sell plays. You'll support case study development and contribute product messaging that supports the full client lifecycle.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration- Serve as a core contributor to the Content Committee, support product launch coordination, and partner with Competitive Intelligence to keep field-ready assets sharp and current. You'll use Claude and AI-assisted tools as a core part of how you work to accelerate output and scale enablement programs.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- 2–4 years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or GTM content - preferably in B2B SaaS, ideally in payroll, HR tech, or workforce solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop product positioning, messaging frameworks, buyer personas, and value proposition architecture.
- Excellent writer and editor who can adapt tone and format across product communications, sales tools, and client-facing materials
- writing samples will be requested.
- Experience supporting sales enablement programs, including training sessions, talk tracks, and onboarding content.
- Strong ability to design and deliver compelling presentations to internal and external audiences.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously without sacrificing quality or consistency.
- Strong understanding of buyer journeys, ICP frameworks, and the HR/payroll technology landscape
BONUS SKILL SET
- Familiarity with GTM and enablement platforms such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Clay, Monday.com, HubSpot, Highspot, Crayon, Klue, or Asana.
- Proficiency with Claude and AI-assisted writing and research tools.
- Experience hosting or moderating webinars and live training sessions.
