Sales Operations Manager (Contract → Perm)
A tech client is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to come in and overhaul how sales really works behind the scenes.
The current setup is outdated and fairly unstructured. Salesforce is in place, but it’s not being used anywhere near its potential. This role is about redesigning sales operations from the ground up — simplifying processes, automating workflows, and building a sales engine that genuinely supports the sales team and improves efficiency.
You’ll work closely with sales leadership to understand what’s broken, what’s missing, and what needs to scale. From there, you’ll design and implement smarter processes, improve CRM usage, and create structure where there currently isn’t much.
This is an initial 6‑month contract, with a clear view to going permanent for the right person.

- Enabling sales to spend more time selling and less time firefighting
