Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with Initial Investment responsibilities. The CFO will oversee all aspects of the organization’s financial strategy, including financial planning, reporting, and forecasting. They will manage financial statements, drive capital strategy including identifying investment opportunities, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The CFO will work closely with senior leadership to support business decisions with data-driven insights and help shape the company's financial trajectory.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning, Financial Statements, and comprehensive Finance knowledge
- Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in data-driven decision-making
- Hands-on experience in Financial Reporting and compliance
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification preferred
- Demonstrated experience in securing initial investments and scaling startups
