Role Overview
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as the strategic financial leader, responsible for Accounts finalisation, financial strategy, Budgeting and capital allocation, funding, governance, and
performance management across the company’s solar manufacturing and upstream value chain.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting: Accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements as per current Statutory Requirements.
Timely finalisation of accounts as per IND AS and other applicable accounting standards.
Financial Planning: Creating annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks, such as market fluctuations, credit risks, and operational risks.
Cash Flow Management: Ensuring availability of sufficient cash flow (Working Capital / Term Loan) to meet the company's operational needs and capital expenditures.
Statutory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements, including tax planning and compliance.
Cost Management: Monitoring and controlling costs to improve profitability and operational
efficiency.
Financial Leadership: Leading and developing a finance team, providing strategic guidance,
and fostering a culture of financial discipline and accountability.
Corporate Governance: Implementing and maintaining effective corporate governance
practices related to financial matters.
Technology and Innovation: Leveraging financial technology (SAP) and data analytics to drive
efficiency and insights.
Education : Chartered Accountant (CA)
