About the Role
We are looking for an execution-focused generalist who can manage multiple projects across clinic operations, customer experience and tech and marketing. This role offers end-to-end exposure to business management, working closely with the leadership team to drive execution, solve problems, and continuously improve how the business operates.
Key Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Project Execution: Own and drive end-to-end execution of key business initiatives across growth, operations, and technology- ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes through effective coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- Growth & Customer Journey Optimization: Support and improve the end-to-end customer journey- from lead generation to conversion- by tracking performance metrics, identifying gaps, and driving data-led improvements across digital and offline touchpoints.
- Systems & Process Implementation: Assist in the implementation and optimisation of core systems and ensure smooth adoption across teams through structured processes, training, and ongoing monitoring.
- Quality, Compliance & Process Adherence: Drive consistency and quality across operations by monitoring adherence to defined processes, identifying gaps, and implementing corrective actions across customer experience, documentation, and clinic operations.
- Operations & Vendor Coordination: Support day-to-day operational efficiency by ensuring seamless execution of on-ground processes.
- Training & Continuous Improvement: Assist in building and implementing training programs and SOPs to enhance team performance, service quality, and overall patient experience.
Who We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in: Founder’s Office / Business Ops / Program Management / Growth roles
- High ownership mindset and bias for action
- Strong program/project management skills
- Structured thinking with attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data and metrics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
