Business Operations Manager
Role Overview
The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and streamlining daily business operations, improving efficiency, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. The role involves driving operational excellence, cost control, and supporting business growth initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Process Management
- Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Develop and implement operational processes and SOPs
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure timely execution of business activities as per defined timelines
Coordination & Team Management
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Finance, Admin)
- Manage and guide operations team for efficient performance
- Ensure proper allocation of resources and workload management
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers
- Monitor KPIs and provide insights to management for decision-making
- Track operational performance and highlight areas of improvement
Cost Control & Budgeting
- Monitor operational expenses and optimize costs
- Support budgeting and financial planning activities
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders
- Ensure service quality and timely delivery from vendors
- Negotiate contracts and maintain vendor relationships
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Maintain documentation and audit readiness
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Operations / related field (MBA preferred)
- 5–8 years of experience in operations or business management roles
- Strong knowledge of MIS, reporting, and operational processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
