Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Accountant to lead and manage the entire finance function of an industrial product manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the complete finance and accounts function
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
- Prepare and analyse Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and MIS reports
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxation, and audits
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost control measures
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in Balance Sheet, P&L, and MIS reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per month
