We are seeking a strategic Manager, AI Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy to architect and build the GTM engine of the future. This role is not about using AI tools; it's about fundamentally re-imagining the sales and marketing functions through the lens of Agentic AI.
You will be the central architect responsible for designing, building, and leading a new class of AI-driven strategies that create a sustainable, intelligent, and hyper-personalized growth model for the client company. This is a rare opportunity to move beyond the traditional marketing playbook and invent the next one.
Key Responsibilities :
1. AI GTM Strategy & Implementation
a. Develop and execute the roadmap for integrating Agentic AI and other advanced AI technologies across the various departments such as sales, marketing, operations, legal, HR, finance etc.
b. Design, build, and manage autonomous AI agents for tasks such as lead prospecting, personalized outreach, content generation, and market segmentation.
c. Own the AI Martech Stack: Lead the strategic selection, implementation, and ROI justification for all AI-powered GTM technologies, ensuring seamless integration with our existing martech stack (CRM, automation platforms, etc.).
d. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to leverage internal AI capabilities for external GTM initiatives.
2. Campaign Optimization & Analytics
a. Utilize AI to conduct sophisticated analysis of market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance.
b. Develop and manage A/B testing and other experimentation frameworks to continuously refine AI models and marketing tactics.
c. Deliver C-Suite-Level Business Intelligence: Architect and manage the reporting systems that translate AI-driven GTM activities into clear, quantifiable business impact (pipeline, revenue, ROI) for executive leadership.Translate complex data insights into actionable strategies for the marketing and leadership teams.
3. Cross-Functional Leadership & Innovation
a. Act as a Strategic Advisor & Change Agent: Serve as the company's leading expert on AI in GTM, advising sales, marketing, and executive leadership on emerging trends and opportunities.Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a cohesive and AI-enhanced GTM motion.
b. Stay at the forefront of advancements in Agentic AI, LLMs, and marketing technology, acting as a key driver of innovation within the company.
Required Qualifications
● 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing strategy, growth marketing, or marketing operations, preferably in a high-growth HealthTech or SaaS environment.Demonstrable experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM).
● Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel and modern go-to-market strategies.
● Proven analytical skills, with experience turning data into actionable marketing strategies.
● Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field.
● Experience in the healthcare technology or SaaS industry.
● Demonstrable experience or a deep, provable passion for applying advanced automation or AI to solve real-world marketing challenges.
● A strong grasp of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI workflow automation.
● A natural curiosity and passion for exploring how AI can fundamentally change how businesses go to market.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative environment.
Technical Skills
● Marketing Analytics & Data Visualization (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau)
● Advanced proficiency with CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms.
● Applied knowledge of AI/ML concepts within a marketing context.
● Familiarity with low-code/no-code AI agent-building platforms is a plus.
