We are looking for a confident, commercially minded, and future-focused GTM Operations & AI Enablement leader to join our award-winning agency and report directly into the Managing Director, APJ.
This is a critical leadership role responsible for operational excellence, integrated activation strategy, AI enablement, and the evolution of our sales and marketing activation ecosystem across the region.

You will lead the operational infrastructure that powers integrated go-to-market activation across APJ, ensuring our media, marketing, sales and client marketing teams operate in a connected, intelligent and scalable way.
This is not a traditional operations role.

What You’ll Do
Operational Leadership & Delivery
- Effectively and proactively manage change in an evolving business and implement new process and technology to drive efficiency
- Lead delivery operations across all services; overseeing resource management, delivery quality and operational success metrics
- Drive operational refinement and expansion of the APJ and Global Centre of Excellence model
- Develop improved ways of working, scalable delivery frameworks and new operational service offerings
- Lead agency project management operations across APJ
- Driver efficiency, utilisation and profitability across all regional operations
- Lead operational forecasting and reporting across revenue, staffing, utilisation, work in progress and profitability metrics
- Ensure timely and accurate operational reporting and business visibility
- Maximise profitability through pricing optimisation, operational efficiency and process improvement
- Maintain accountability for APJ pricing matrices ensuring competitiveness and profitability
- Sign off project scopes above agreed commercial thresholds
- Lead weekly burn and profitability reviews with client leadership teams
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of timesheets and operational systems across the business
- Responsible for studio operations efficiency and leadership of studio/project operations functions
- Work closely aligned with global operations leadership across the US and UK to drive consistency and operational excellence
Integrated Activation & Revenue Operations
- Lead the operational integration of media, marketing, sales and customer activation strategies across APJ
- Develop connected go-to-market operational frameworks that align sales and marketing execution
- Build scalable activation processes that improve campaign effectiveness, pipeline acceleration and customer engagement
- Drive operational alignment between:
- media activation
- ABM
- demand generation
- sales enablement
- customer marketing
- pipeline reporting
- Partner closely with client services, media, strategy and sales teams to improve activation effectiveness and commercial outcomes
- Lead operational best practices across integrated account-based marketing and surround activation programmes
- Help evolve Transmission’s activation model into a more intelligence-led and AI-enabled GTM framework
AI Transformation & Intelligence Enablement
- Lead APJ operational transformation through an AI-first approach
- Identify and implement AI opportunities across operations, activation, reporting, workflow management and intelligence generation
- Build AI-enabled operational systems that improve efficiency, scalability and decision-making
- Drive the use of AI not only for automation, but as an intelligence layer for activation, customer engagement and campaign optimisation
- Explore and implement AI capabilities across:
- workflow automation
- operational forecasting
- content intelligence
- campaign orchestration
- account intelligence
- sales enablement
- reporting and insights
- predictive activation
- Champion AI adoption and operational innovation across regional teams and clients
- Work closely with global and regional leadership to future-proof operational and activation capabilities
Sales & Marketing Operations Technology
- Own and optimise the regional sales and marketing operations ecosystem
- Drive operational best practice across CRM, sales enablement and marketing activation platforms
- Lead platform integration and operational workflows across tools including:
- Salesforce CRM
- Outreach
- Folloze
- HubSpot
- Demandbase
- Marketo
- LinkedIn
- Media and analytics platforms
- Partner with revenue, marketing and activation teams to improve:
- lead management
- pipeline visibility
- account engagement
- attribution
- reporting
- campaign orchestration
- Ensure operational alignment between sales, marketing and media activation systems
- Improve operational use of intent data, account intelligence and activation reporting frameworks
Governance, Security & Infrastructure
- Responsible for the management and development of operational technology, hardware and business infrastructure
- Lead operational governance and information security processes
- Maintain certification and compliance processes including ISO27001 / ISO27701
- Ensure operational compliance with global privacy standards including GDPR, CCPA and regional privacy regulations
- Lead the design and maintenance of data privacy and protection protocols
- Ensure operational integrity, scalability and security across all regional systems and workflows
What We’re Looking For
- Proven operational leadership experience within a marketing, media, digital or integrated agency environment
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing, media and sales activation models
- Deep experience with sales and marketing operations platforms, particularly Salesforce CRM, Outreach and Folloze
- Experience leading operational transformation and process optimisation
- Strong commercial acumen with understanding of agency profitability and utilisation models
- Demonstrated interest and capability in AI transformation and operational innovation
- Experience implementing AI, automation or intelligence-led workflows highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder management and regional leadership capability
- Experience working across complex APJ regional environments preferred
- Highly collaborative with strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving and entrepreneurial environments
