We are looking for a GTM Engineer to build and scale our outbound engine. This role goes beyond campaign execution; you will design, automate, and optimize end-to-end outbound systems that consistently generate qualified pipeline. You will work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and data, owning how we identify prospects, trigger outreach, and convert engagement into meetings and revenue.
The Core Responsibilities For The Job Include The Following
Build Outbound Systems (Not Just Campaigns):
- Design and manage end-to-end outbound workflows: data sourcing, enrichment, sequencing, and CRM tracking.
- Integrate and automate tools (Apollo, HubSpot, Lemlist, etc. ) to create scalable outbound infrastructure.
- Ensure clean data flow and minimal manual intervention across systems.
Signal-Based Prospecting
- Identify and operationalize buying signals (e. g., hiring trends, funding, tech stack changes, and intent data).
- Continuously refine ICP, target accounts, and segmentation logic based on performance insights.
- Build and maintain high-quality, dynamic prospect lists.
Outbound Execution And Experimentation
- Create and optimize high-conversion outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, etc. ).
- Run A/B tests across messaging, targeting, and channels.
- Continuously improve reply rates, meeting conversion, and pipeline quality.
Pipeline Ownership And Analytics
- Own key outcomes: meetings booked, pipeline generated, and conversion rates.
- Track and analyze campaign performance across the funnel.
- Build feedback loops between outbound efforts and sales outcomes.
Collaboration
- Work closely with sales and leadership to align outbound strategy with revenue goals.
- Translate sales insights into improved targeting, messaging, and workflows.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in outbound, growth, sales ops, or GTM roles (B2B / SaaS / IT services preferred).
- Strong hands-on experience with outbound and automation tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, Lemlist, Clay, Mailchimp, or similar.
- Proven ability to build and scale outbound workflows, not just execute campaigns.
- Strong understanding of modern outbound (personalization, signal-based outreach, multi-channel sequencing).
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and optimizing funnel metrics.
- Excellent written communication skills for B2B messaging.
Good To Have
- Experience with no-code/low-code automation tools (e. g., Zapier, Make).
- Exposure to data enrichment, web scraping, or API-based workflows.
- Experience in early-stage startups or building outbound engines from scratch.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Semrush, or intent data platforms.
