Job Description- Chief Sales Officer (CSO)
MicroMitti is India’s first co-investment PropTech platform, founded in 2024 and headquartered in Indore. Role Overview
The Chief Sales Officer (CSO) is responsible for leading the overall sales vision, strategy, and execution across all MicroMitti markets and business verticals. This role owns end-to-end revenue generation, sales expansion, channel growth, and customer acquisition for the organization.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)
- Enterprise Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute the organization's national sales strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Own overall revenue targets and sales performance across all regions, projects, and product categories.
- Identify emerging market opportunities, customer segments, and new revenue streams.
- Lead annual sales planning, budgeting, forecasting, and target allocation processes.
- Establish scalable sales frameworks to support rapid business growth.
- Monitor sales productivity, conversion ratios, customer acquisition costs, and profitability metrics.
- Leadership & Sales Organization Development
- Lead, mentor, and manage all Sales Heads and regional leadership teams across the organization.
- Build a high-performance, data-driven sales culture focused on accountability, customer success, and revenue growth.
- Drive leadership development initiatives to strengthen sales capabilities across all levels.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment between Management and sales team.
- Business Expansion & Market Penetration
- Drive expansion into new geographies, investor segments, and strategic markets.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new projects, investment opportunities, and business lines.
- Establish strategic partnerships with brokers, channel partners, wealth advisors, financial institutions, and corporate networks.
- Build and scale referral ecosystems that accelerate customer acquisition and project sales velocity.
- Identify and evaluate acquisition, partnership, and joint venture opportunities to support growth.
- Sales Operations, Technology & Performance Excellence
- Establish robust sales governance, reporting systems, and operational controls.
- Drive CRM adoption and leverage data analytics for forecasting, pipeline management, and sales optimization.
- Monitor sales funnel performance and implement corrective actions to improve conversions.
- Ensure standardization of sales processes, customer experience, and service delivery across all locations.
- Introduce technology-driven initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency of all dept.
- Review and optimize sales compensation plans to maximize performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Alignment
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Customer Success teams to drive business objectives.
- Collaborate on product positioning, pricing strategies, launch plans, and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Ensure sales insights are integrated into strategic business planning and product development.
- Support fundraising, investor presentations, and strategic business initiatives as required.
Qualification
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification from a reputed institution preferred.
- Specialization in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Real Estate Management, or Finance will be an advantage.
Experience
- 15–20+ years of progressive experience in real estate sales, business development, or revenue leadership roles.
- Minimum 5+ years in a National Sales Head, Vice President Sales, Chief Sales Officer, or equivalent leadership role.
- Proven experience in scaling sales organizations and driving multi-city or pan-India expansion.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently delivering large revenue targets and managing high-performing sales teams.

- Strong understanding of real estate investment products, investor behavior, and channel sales ecosystems.
