JMES are exclusively partnering with a high-growth investment platform to appoint a CFO who will play a central role in the next stage of the business's evolution.
Part of a larger ASX-listed investment group, the platform combines an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment with institutional-grade leadership, governance and capital raising capability. Led by highly commercial executives with investment banking backgrounds, the business has significant growth ambitions and is entering a period of increasing scale, complexity and investment activity.
The CFO will:
- Build and develop a high-performing finance function, strengthen the infrastructure required for growth and operate as a strategic advisor to the CEO, Board and senior leadership team
- Work closely with investment and executive leadership across strategic decision-making, capital and liquidity, institutional investors and the continued scaling of the platform into larger and more complex investments
We are looking for a dynamic and influential CFO who enjoys building rather than maintaining. You will bring strong commercial judgement, the ability to operate at pace and a track record of building or transforming finance functions as businesses grow.
Experience within lending, funds management, alternative investments or a broader investment-led environment will be highly regarded, alongside an understanding of the financial and commercial dynamics of deploying and managing capital.
