About the role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist. This crucial position will support the Sales team in achieving outstanding results within our growing communities by ensuring they are enabled to work smarter, make better use of data and systems, and deliver an exceptional experience for our homeowners.
In this role you’ll bring your Salesforce expertise across all metrics and embody a proactive 'can-do' attitude that simplifies tasks for others. You will play an important role in helping our sales teams work effectively, improving the quality of our systems and data, and supporting positive experiences for our sales team and our homeowners.

This role is predominately based in our ultra-modern South bank support office.
As the Sales Operations Specialist, your days will involve:
- Developing and maintaining sales dashboards, regular reports and performance measures.
- Analysing sales, enquiry, conversion, appointment, settlement and customer journey data.
- Preparing monthly and quarterly performance reporting for Sales Leadership.
- Maintaining and supporting sales processes across the customer journey.
- Reviewing existing workflows and identify potential gaps, duplication or inefficiencies.
- Recommending practical process improvements for consideration by the Sales Strategy & Optimisation Manager.
- Help ensure sales processes align with relevant compliance and governance requirements.
- Support referral, contract administration, incentive and settlement-related processes
- Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce, DocuSign and other relevant sales systems.
- Maintain dashboards, reports, price books and relevant system information.
- Monitor data quality and complete regular data and process audits.
- Maintain system guides, procedures and training materials.
- Deliver system training, refresher sessions and user support as required.
- Provide day-to-day operational and systems support to Area Sales Managers and broader sales teams.
- Respond to stakeholder queries and coordinate support or escalation where required.
- Deliver practical training and education on systems, processes and reporting.
- Maintain training resources, process documentation and relevant SharePoint content.
- Communicate system, data and process changes clearly to affected stakeholders.
What you need to be successful in the role
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Comfortable working across CRM systems, processes and data.
- Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboard creation and troubleshooting is desirable
- Ability balancing regular operational activities with improvement projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- A passion and determination to achieve measurable results with a curiosity to understand our customers
- Some travel will be required to communities, therefore you must have a full driver's licence and your own vehicle
