About you
You're experienced in sales operations, revenue operations, CRM administration or a similar role.
You have strong systems capability (Salesforce experience is highly regarded, and CPQ exposure is a bonus). You're naturally curious, and want to understand how things work and why they're done a certain way.
- Able to explain technical issues to non-technical people, and you enjoy teaching others.
- Detail-oriented, with a genuine interest in data accuracy and good governance.
- Confident managing stakeholders across multiple departments.
- A supportive team player who takes ownership and follows through.
- Comfortable driving change where systems and processes are still maturing.
