Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Floor Manager based in Pune. The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for below role
Roles a
- Ensuring team delivery on assigned target weekly and daily
- Interview and train sales representatives
- Build a highly energetic right team with all the company values and ethics in the sales process.
- Improve sales performance management of every individual.
- Detailed daily funnel review with lead-wise analysis, funnel mapping and date-wise revenue review
- Right Sales forecasting and month-on-month growth planning based on data.
- Excellent leadership skills, communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in operations management, sales.
- Excel Skills
- Experience in the education industry is mandatory.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Listening to recordings and help them improve their pitches for different scenarios.
- Analyzing sales data to support decision-making and measure impact
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹407,456.03 - ₹603,939.57 per year
