The Opportunity
Help SocioSquares grow its growth marketing and lead generation services by leading our US sales team. This role is focused on building and managing the sales opportunity pipeline and converting leads into customers. Be a coach in helping reps develop their sales skills and create a leads pipeline. Work closely with the Marketing Demand Generation team, servicing teams to achieve/exceed new client and revenue quota objectives. Responsible for leading the sales processes, sales team, and enhancing sales policies and procedures to continue to build efficiencies in driving business to the next level.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Business Development at SocioSquares. The role involves new business development, business planning, lead generation, contract negotiation, and account management. While the role is based in Greater Houston, there is flexibility for some remote work.
- Must have 5+ years of Sales Experience in an Online Marketing Agency.
- Must have 10+ years of experience in SEO and Online Marketing Agency.
- Fearlessly prospect and interact with new potential clients across the country to present the value of SocioSquares advertising and marketing solutions, such as websites, SEO, SEM and PPC.
- Execute sales strategies and deliver effective sales presentations with passion for your clients
- Study to become an expert in all SocioSquares products, solutions and systems
- Follow up with clients to build a trusted advisor relationship
- Sell in a highly productive and competitive environment achieving and exceeding sales objectives
- Be comfortable with a fast pace and ever evolving solutions.
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
First Year Salary + commission is expected to be $130,000 - $180,000.
