We are partnering with an innovative tech business seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join their brand-new team in Paris. In this key position, you will work closely with leadership in both Paris and the EMEA Revenue Operations team based in London to drive efficiency, growth, and operational excellence.
As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will have a significant impact on business strategy and performance. This is a crucial role that will allow you to influence and improve the operations across multiple revenue departments, from sales to customer success.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with Leadership Teams: Work alongside the EMEA Revenue Operations and Regional Sales leadership teams to identify trends, business opportunities, and areas for improvement across our customer base.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use operational performance data, product usage insights, segmentation, and user personas to drive impactful decisions and strategy.
- Identify and Lead Growth Initiatives: Identify pain points across the sales funnel and lead efforts to create growth opportunities and enhance operational efficiency.
- Act as the Go-To Expert: Serve as the central resource for operational and data-related needs, supporting teams across sales, customer success, partnerships, and more.
- Manage Dashboards & Data Operations: Lead the creation and management of dashboards, drive data meetings, and support daily operations for the Enterprise and Mid Market segments.
- Analyse Customer Behaviour: Dive deep into large customer datasets to extract actionable insights and offer real-time recommendations for business health and strategy alignment.
- Drive Sales Operations: Manage sales pipeline, maintain Salesforce data hygiene, and ensure smooth operations across the sales cycles for leads and opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in revenue operations or similar roles, ideally in B2B SaaS environments.
- Fluency in French is a MUST for this role.
- Extensive experience working with Salesforce, data manipulation, and proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel; familiarity with BI tools like Looker or Tableau is a plus.
- Ability to present complex data trends and translate them into clear, actionable insights for management.
- A proactive, ambitious mindset with a passion for problem-solving and driving success.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, as this role involves working across various departments and teams.
