About the Role
We are expanding into the US market and are looking for a highly driven, tech-savvy Sales & Marketing Executive with a preferred background in selling software, SaaS, or IT solutions to manufacturing industries. You will work closely with the US-based sales lead, ensuring a strong sales pipeline, high-quality prospecting, and well-organized meeting schedules.
This is a high-impact role where you will drive outreach, qualify leads, and ensure our sales efforts in the US market are well-supported.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers in Food & Beverage, Packaging, and Construction Chemicals industries using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo
· Account Based Mapping – Identify key persona within a industry/company, connect and setup appointments.
· Coordinate and support the sales team on the ground, ensuring their meetings and calendar are well-organized and fully booked.
· Cold Outreach & Appointment Setting: Conduct email & LinkedIn outreach, cold calls, and follow-ups to schedule high-value meetings for the US sales lead.
· Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the pipeline of all the potential customers and prospects
· Marketing Campaigns & Content Distribution: Assist in targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn engagement, and thought leadership initiatives to drive demand generation.
· Events Coordination: Assist in listing out key events/local events in US and identify to participate in those.
· This role may require working in night shifts to align with US time zones and customer schedules
🛠 What We’re Looking For
🔹 B2B SaaS or IT Sales Background – Experience in selling manufacturing software, industrial SaaS, or enterprise IT solutions.
🔹 Strong Communication & Sales Skills – Comfortable with cold outreach, engaging decision-makers, and pitching software solutions.
🔹 🔹 Self-Motivated & Organized – Ability to work independently and efficiently coordinate with a global team.
🔹 Manufacturing Industry Knowledge (Preferred) – Experience selling to plant managers, operations heads, or IT leaders in factories.
⭐ Preferred Experience
✔ 2-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, industrial software, or manufacturing tech sales
✔ Hands-on experience in cold calling, lead nurturing, and enterprise sales coordination
✔ Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
✔ Prior experience in the US market is a plus
