As we continue to expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated City Manager - GTA to join our growing team.
Your Role at Custodia
Strategic Leadership:
- Drive the growth and operational excellence of Custodia in your city, ensuring high standards in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Build and refine operational processes to optimize results and reflect Custodia’s commitment to quality.
Team Development:
- Lead a local team of professionals, cultivating a culture of empowerment, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Attract, retain, and mentor top talent, ensuring your team is equipped to exceed expectations.
Operational Execution:
- Monitor and manage performance metrics, continuously improving service delivery.
- Act as the primary problem solver, providing innovative solutions to drive customer satisfaction.
- Own the city’s revenue performance, setting and achieving targets through strategic planning, team leadership, and customer engagement.
Customer Advocacy:
- Be the face of Custodia in your city, engaging directly with customers to identify opportunities for improvement and ensuring a seamless experience.
What You Bring to Custodia
- Operational Expertise: A strong understanding of home maintenance, contractor management, property management, or related industries.
- Proven Leadership: 3-5 years of experience leading operational teams, with a track record of success in managing people and processes.
- Customer Focus: A deep commitment to exceeding customer expectations and fostering trust.
- Strategic Vision: The ability to translate corporate goals into actionable local strategies, achieving measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to inspire and collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Flexibility and Drive: A proactive approach to managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
