Position Overview:
About the Role:
- Manage DTC and Wholesale bulk orders to drive time-sensitive production planning for booking and in season chase demand

Monitor and execute distribution plans for special projects and archived channels

Oversee reservation process/priorities to ensure the proper order management of DTC and Wholesale channels

Support the shipment of sample inventory for global showrooms for go to market and in season marketing initiatives

Support with VIP and escalated Customer Experience situations

Provide various Ad hoc reports

Perform project work/other duties as required
About You:

Experience in retail/manufacturing and/or distribution environment strongly preferred
-
Post-Secondary education in with a focus on Retail, Business, or Distribution environment
-
A minimum of 4 years account management experience with a premium brand

Experience working within an ERP system environment

Ability to effectively present to groups and engage all levels of the organization

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Strong time management and organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Ability to motivate and lead a team

Solid knowledge and understanding of the premium retail landscape

Analytical skills combined with a high attention to detail

Ability to establish and maintain strong interpersonal relationships

Internally motivated to seek out answers, generate ideas, and develop new skills

Self-motivated, able to work independently and know when to seek guidance

Demonstrated sound judgment and problem-solving attitude. Able to break down problems into meaningful parts and come to rational and well-thought-out conclusions

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office; Word and Excel
