Description:
Role details: - Permanent Part-Time, 2 days/pw.
- Works term-time only.
- Commencement c. 28 April.
- Provides exec-level administrative support to the school's Business Manager (CFO)
- Supports cyclical meetings for School Council and other governance committees (i.e. event logistics, preparing papers, compiling agendas, distributing minutes).
- NB:
- Some flexibility required week to week as working days may need to change occasionally.
- Some after hours work required for board meetings etc. (approx. 2-3 times per school term).
Skills and Experiences:
The ideal candidate:
- Solid experience in a PA/EA role or similar, with expertise across the full range of high-level administrative duties relevant to C-Suite.
- Background working in a Finance department and/or school context would be highly regarded.
- Proficiency across MS Office and other standard software.
- Working knowledge of Diligent desirable, but not essential.
- Refined organisation, administration, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Personable, relaxed, with a great sense of humour.
- Most importantly: someone who is proactive, can work independently, is agile, and who is comfortable in a role that requires discretion, confidentiality, and diplomacy.
