Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports, dashboards, and data summaries as per business requirements.
- Collect, analyze, and process data to ensure timely and effective reporting.
- Assist in automating reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KR) and generate periodic reports for management review.
- Collaborate with different teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Maintain documentation of reports, processes, and analysis for future reference.
Key Skills And Requirements
- 1 year of experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.) and data visualization tools.
- Basic knowledge of database management and SQL is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle large datasets with accuracy and speed.
- A quick learner with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
