Our client, a leading global BPO services provider, is looking for experienced professionals in BPO operations. This role is based in Navi Mumbai and involves working night shifts.
As an Operations Business Partner, your responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Analysing operational challenges and opportunities (business processes) to identify improvement areas.
- Driving solutions to enhance operational scalability and ensure compliance.
- Supporting client relationship management and maintaining high-quality service delivery
Skills and Experience required for the role:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, Work Force Management(WFM), or site operations in a BPO environment
- Experience working on sales-related projects is a plus
- Basic knowledge of CRM and/or consulting implementation
- Experience in supporting people and client relationships
- Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Proficiency in using MS Excel
- Ability to support multiple programs/projects in an enterprise environment
- Experience working with cross-functional teams such as IT, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal is a plus
