GTM, BD & Partnerships Lead to help take that mission forward.
Role Overview
We are hiring a GTM, BD, and Partnerships Lead to own revenue growth across enterprise sales, account expansion, partnerships, affiliates, referrals, inbound, and outbound.
You will work directly with the founders, close deals hands-on, build strategic partnerships, and turn go-to-market motion into a repeatable revenue engine.
This is an
on-site role in Bengaluru, reporting directly to the founders.
What You’ll Own
- Revenue from new and existing accounts
- Enterprise deal pipeline and closures
- Demo-to-close conversion
- Strategic partnerships and distribution channels
- Scalable outbound systems
If revenue stalls, this role owns fixing it.
What You’ll Do
Account Management
- Own relationships with high-value customers
- Drive expansion, upsell, and retention
- Act as commercial escalation point for key accounts
- Translate customer needs into product and pricing feedback
Enterprise Sales
- Own enterprise sales cycles end to end
- Qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close deals
- Structure pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
- Work with Legal, Ops, and Fraud to close complex accounts
Demos and Solutioning
- Run product demos for founders, operators, and enterprise teams
- Customize demos based on customer use cases
- Clearly explain MoR, billing, tax, and compliance flows
- Own demo quality and close rate
Partnerships and Distribution
- Build partnerships with vibe coding platforms, AI tools, developer platforms
- Build relationships with VCs, accelerators, incubators, and founder communities
- Design referral and co-selling programs
- Turn partnerships into measurable deal flow
Outbound at Scale
- Design outbound strategy across ICPs and segments
- Work with Growth on lists, messaging, and sequencing
- Own CRM hygiene, pipeline metrics, and attribution
- Turn outbound into a repeatable revenue engine
What You Bring
- 2 to 5 years experience in BD, sales, or partnerships
- Proven experience closing deals, not just sourcing leads
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales and pricing discussions
- Comfort selling technical products to founders and operators
- Ability to build relationships and systems from scratch
Nice to Have
- Experience selling payments, billing, or fintech products
- Network in SaaS, AI, developer, or startup ecosystems
- Experience working with VCs, accelerators, or platforms
- Familiarity with CRMs, outbound tools, and sales automation

- Not a lead generation role only
- Not a passive account manager
- Not a partnership-only role without revenue ownership
