The company builds Consumer Tech for Financial Infrastructure stack to provide curated versions of embedded banking in the payment ecosystem. We've created a platform which enables Corporates, Banks, FinTechs, Retail Companies, and Start-ups to launch their own banking services or financial products, such as payment solutions, facilitating lending, virtual bank accounts, KYC and digital profiling for their customers or employees with the help of low code plug and play technology stack.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:
We are looking for a GTM Systems Engineer to own and build Neokred’s end-to-end Go-To-Market systems and automation. This role works across marketing, product, sales, and data to create scalable GTM infrastructure—focusing on systems and automation rather than campaigns or manual operations.
The ideal candidate should have experience building 0→1 GTM systems, maintaining a single source of truth for customer data, automating customer journeys, and enabling teams to move faster with minimal engineering dependency.
Your KRAs will include the following:
- Designing and maintaining a unified GTM system that provides a real-time view of customer lifecycle across marketing, product, sales, and customer teams.
- Ensuring accurate and consistent data flow across CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and internal tools.
- Building end-to-end automation workflows from ad click and lead capture to onboarding, activation, and first transaction.
- Developing inbound and outbound GTM systems to ensure zero lead leakage, faster response times, and better lead routing.
- Implementing lead scoring, triggers, and personalized journeys to improve activation and conversion rates.
- Enabling rapid experimentation across funnels, messaging, onboarding flows, and channels without heavy engineering involvement.
- Building internal GTM tools and dashboards to support marketing, product, and sales teams.
- Tracking and optimizing acquisition, activation, and conversion funnels through analytics and reporting.
- Working closely with Sales, Customer Support, and Customer Success teams to convert on-ground feedback into system improvements.
- Continuously improving GTM processes to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- 3–6 years of experience in GTM Ops, RevOps, Marketing Engineering, or CRM Automation.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot / Salesforce / Pipedrive).
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, webhooks).
- Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, and customer lifecycle data.
- Experience with analytics tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
- Good communication skills and a strong ownership mindset.
