About The Role
As a vital member of our team, you will be entrusted with delivering high-level support to our Queensland network. This role necessitates a hands-on approach, with your primary responsibility being the successful rollout and engagement of the Harcourts technology suite, including various products and services.
To thrive in this position, you should demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Motivation to meet deadlines and key performance indicators (KPIs), along with efficient management of daily responsibilities, are essential attributes for success. Regular visits to local offices for training and support will play a pivotal role in this role's effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for triage and support related to the Harcourts technology suite, encompassing CRM (VaultRE), Websites, and Intranet.
- Manage and support the rollout of new product launches across the network.
- Conduct office visits and provide training to enhance product engagement and usage, aligning with individual KPIs.
- Facilitate operational induction and coordination for onboarding and offboarding of offices to the network.
- Actively contributing to the Australian Business Operations Team, State Support Team and the wider Harcourts group by attending meetings, assisting with conferences, meetings and award functions as well as contribute to the HQLD social media pages.
- Report directly to the National Head of Business Operations, fostering close collaboration with other Business Operations Managers (BOMs) nationwide, as well as your local CEO and state support team.
