Role Summary:
The Director – Business Development & GTM will lead the growth agenda for the Audit & Assurance function by driving go-to-market strategy, business development initiatives, and large proposal management. This role will be responsible for building strategic relationships, leading high-performing teams, and working closely with Partners and cross-functional stakeholders to expand the firm’s market presence and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor teams; drive adoption of standardized processes, tools, and strategic frameworks
- Manage senior stakeholders with strong analytical and strategic decision-making
- Build and nurture client relationships; identify and convert growth opportunities
- Develop and execute business plans aligned with organizational objectives
- Drive innovation through permissible programs, marketing initiatives, and GTM campaigns
- Create actionable pursuit plans and establish tracking mechanisms to monitor progress
- Implement strategies and action plans to improve efficiency and performance
- Lead GTM and Business Development efforts for the Audit & Assurance function
- Project manage large and complex proposals and strategic pursuits
- Manage and develop a team of 5–6 members (Director-level team)
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Marketing, and Partners
Qualifications:
- CA / MBA or equivalent professional qualification
- 12–14 years of relevant Business Development experience within a Consulting or Professional Services organization
