Role Summary
The Associate Director – Business Development & GTM will drive growth for the Audit & Assurance function by executing go-to-market strategies, generating new business opportunities, and supporting large proposal pursuits. The role will focus on building strong client connections, securing meetings, and maintaining long-term relationships, while working closely with Partners, Directors, and cross-functional teams to expand the firm’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through client outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting
- Secure meetings with target clients and build a strong opportunity pipeline
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships
- Execute GTM initiatives aligned with the Audit & Assurance growth strategy
- Support large and complex proposals, including coordination, content management, and submission tracking
- Track all pursuits, follow-ups, and conversion metrics
- Work closely with Partners, Directors, and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities
- Develop account plans and pursuit strategies for key prospects
- Support events, campaigns, and market-facing initiatives
- Contribute to process improvements across BD and GTM functions
Qualifications
- MBA / CA / relevant professional qualification preferred
- 10+ years of experience in Consulting or Professional Services with exposure to Business Development, GTM, or Client Growth roles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
