About The Role
We're looking for enthusiastic GTM Consultants eager to build their careers at the intersection of AI, technology, and customer experience. You will work closely with Kapture's leadership and cross-functional teams — Product, Customer Experience, Sales, and Marketing — to drive growth initiatives, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.

What you'll do
- Collaborate with Kapture leadership to design and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products
- Partner with Product, CX, Sales, and Marketing teams to align GTM planning with product roadmap and customer insights
- Support market expansion efforts by identifying new segments, geographies, and partnership opportunities
- Track and analyze key GTM metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and surface actionable recommendations
- Manage stakeholder communications and cross-functional coordination across growth initiatives
- Contribute to competitive intelligence, customer research, and positioning frameworks
- Assist in crafting sales enablement materials, pitch decks, and go-to-market playbooks
What we're looking for
- Minimum 10 months of experience in a GTM, growth, strategy, or client-facing role (excluding internships/live projects)
- Prior internship or live project experience in SaaS, technology, or a startup environment is strongly preferred
- Early exposure to GTM execution — campaigns, launches, pipeline management, or market research
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with data to drive decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — written and verbal
- Curiosity about AI, SaaS business models, and the evolving CX landscape
- A proactive, ownership-driven attitude with the ability to thrive in ambiguity
